Allma Launches a New Liquid Extract of Chlorella

The new extract is hydrophilic. This means that it is an aqueous extract containing a large amount of water-soluble nutrients from chlorella, such as essential amino acids, vitamins A, B, iron, calcium, chlorophyll, lutein and zeaxanthin. But it does not contain lipophilic oil-based nutrients, such as Omega-3 and Omega-6. Therefore, it provides higher solubility than chlorella powder, and significantly reduces the marine taste related to microalgae components.

Allma believes that liquid chlorella concentrate will meet the needs of food and beverage companies seeking natural and vegetarian sources to consolidate and enrich their products. Chlorella Allma is cultured in water and grows naturally through photosynthesis in transparent tubes under sunlight, which is known as photobioreactor. Under these closed conditions, chlorella cells are protected from contamination. After reaching the optimum biochemical content, Allma chlorella is pasteurized and spray-dried to protect its rich nutrients.
